Berisha dhe beteja e radhes (Maklen Misha)
Prokurori i Përgjithshëm në Shqipëri kurrë nuk e ka pasur jetën të lehtë dhe, me ç’po tregojnë zhvillimet e fundit, këtij rregulli të pashkruar nuk do t’i shmanget dot më as zonja Ina Rama. Natyrisht, që vetë natyra e punës me të cilën duhet të përballet e bën aktivitetin e Kryeprokurores tejet të vështirë. Një ndër më të vështirët që mund të imagjinohen në një vend me shkallën e kriminalitetit, korrupsionit dhe informalitetit që ka Shqipëria. Por, në mënyrë të turpshme, falë ndërhyrjeve të pareshtura të politikës, e cila fatkeqësisht në vitet e tranzicionit ka treguar shpesh një aftësi perverse për të vështirësuar edhe më problemet e vështira me të cilat përballet vendi, misioni i Kryeprokurores mund të thuhet me plot gojën se bëhet thuajse i pamundur. Në fakt, politika shqiptare e këtyre 18 viteve të fundit ka pasur rëndom përplasje me prokurorët e përgjithshëm; përplasje që kanë ardhur si pasojë e ambicieve të qarta të forcave kryesore politike shqiptare, për ta kthyer institucionin e Prokurorisë së Përgjithshme në një vegël qorre në duart e politikës e që, natyrisht, kanë përfunduar gjithnjë me humbjen e kryeprokurorëve e rrjedhimisht të drejtësisë shqiptare në përgjithësi. Por, nëse ka pasur një politikan që e ka luftuar më shumë institucionin e kryeprokurorit, padyshim ky ka qenë zoti Berisha. Nga pesë ish-kryeprokurorët e Shqipërisë së tranzicionit, plot katër janë shkarkuar ose me iniciativë të zotit Berisha, ose falë bashkëpunimit të tij. Rasti më i fundit e që padyshim është më i freskët në mendjen e publikut shqiptar, është ai i zotit Sollaku, shkarkimi i të cilit me ç’duket nuk shënoi aspak fillimin e trumbetuar aq shumë nga maxhoranca e djathtë, të një marrëdhënieje normale mes ekzekutivit dhe këtij institucioni, por veç fillimin e përplasjes së radhës. Natyrisht, që në rastin e zotit Sollaku, ashtu si dhe në rastet e shkarkimeve të mëparshme, maxhoranca bëri be e rrufe që s’bëhej fjalë për një sulm të motivuar politikisht ndaj një institucioni të pavarur, por vetëm për një përpjekje për ta spastruar këtë institucion nga një drejtues i korruptuar, i paaftë, i kapur, etj, etj, etj. Madje, aq të zjarrta ishin tonet e pasionit me të cilat u motivua përplasja me Prokurorinë e Përgjithshme, sa u fol shpesh në mënyre patetike për një luftë mes të mirës dhe të keqes, mes maxhorancës së djathtë në rolin e të mirit dhe të keqit Dhori Sollaku i cili, çuditërisht, fill i vetëm, na paskësh qenë përgjegjës për krimin, korrupsionin, informalitetin, trafiqet e praktikisht çdo zullum e fatkeqësi që i kish ndodhur ndonjëherë këtij vendi. Ashtu siç ndodh rëndom në përplasjet mes të mirës e së keqes, me ç’duket qëllimi justifikoi mjetet. Zoti Sollaku u hoq pasi një komision i njëanshëm e mediokër parlamentar, i përbërë nga një tufë agronomësh e një zot e di çfarë tjetër, arritën të bëjnë një mrekulli, duke shqyrtuar në pak orë një material tejet voluminoz e duke përpiluar një raport qesharak që, natyrisht propozonte shkarkimin e kryeprokurorit. Dhe, çuditërisht, si me magji, menjëherë pas kësaj akuzat e rënda që i ishin adresuar atij për mos hetimin e Fatos Nanos, Anastas Angjelit, Lefter Xhuvelit u harruan e zoti Berisha fluturonte teksa fliste me entuziazëm për Silvia Kontin shqiptare. Por, në mënyre ironike, nëse i gjykon punët sot, del se zoti Berisha nuk i kishte bërë llogaritë mirë duke zëvendësuar zotin Sollaku me Ina Ramën. Bëri një gabim të madh, sepse zoti Sollaku do të kishte qenë një kryeprokuror shumë më i rehatshëm për një mazhorancë e një kryeministër që akuzohen të jenë përfshirë në afera korruptive të dimensioneve, që, për të perifrazuar një analiste të njohur, i bëjnë aferat për të cilat akuzohej qeveria Nano të duken si ca shakara të padëmshme. Nuk dëshiroj aspak të paragjykoj integritetin apo përkushtimin e zotit Sollaku ndaj detyrës së tij, por ka të ngjarë që një prokuror i akuzuar për vite me radhë nga zoti Berisha e forca politike që ai drejton për korrupsion, e kapje, e njëmijë e një të zeza të tjera, do të ishte menduar gjatë përpara se të guxonte të fillonte hetimet ndaj ministrave, miqve për kokë apo rrethit të ngushtë të zotit kryeministër. Për më tepër, edhe nëse do ta kishte bërë këtë, më së paku kryeministri do të kishte pasur gojë të rifillonte avazin e sulmeve e akuzave. Po si mundet maxhoranca të sulmojë Ina Ramën?! Kjo është dilema me të cilën përballet sot kryeministri kur në shënjestrën e Prokurorisë janë vënë miqtë për kokë e njerëzit e afërt me të. Ka të ngjarë, që kur i thurte lavde Silvia Kontit shqiptare, edhe zoti Berisha, ashtu si një pjesë e mirë e publikut shqiptar përfshirë këtu dhe mua, ta ketë parë zonjën Rama si një çupëlinë të ndrojtur, pa e çuar ndonjëherë ndërmend se ajo do t’i hapte aq shumë telashe. Por teksa ‘çupëlina’ dalëngadalë e pa bërë shumë fjalë filloi të provonte se ishte një femër e guximshme e me integritet, nga ato që fatkeqësisht rrallë shihen në arenën publike e politike shqiptare, duke fituar dhe respektin e opinionit publik, zoti Berisha ndoshta filloi ta kuptonte gabimin që kishte bërë. Ai sot e ka të pamundur të bëhet i besueshëm në sytë e shqiptarëve me akuza e sulme ndaj Prokurorisë e Kryeprokurores thjesht e vetëm meqë kjo e fundit ka vendosur të hetojë Mediun e Fazlliçin. Ndonëse ka filluar të bëhet e qartë tashmë se për arsye që veç kryeministri i di, ai ndihet i prekur personalisht e ndoshta dhe i rrezikuar nga drejtimi që po marrin hetimet e Prokurorisë, sulmet në adresë të Prokurorisë e Kryeprokurores në ca gazeta mediokre si puna e 55 apo në ndonjë televizion të lidhur ngushtë me qeverinë, në vend që të dëmtojnë këtë institucion, vetëm sa po kthehen në një bumerang për kryeministrin duke e ulur edhe më shumë kredibilitetin e tij. Le që do të mjaftonte kontrasti i figurës disi të ndrojtur, të brishtë e të pastër femërore të Ina Ramës dhe imazhit prej të ndërkryeri të kryeministrit apo të tijve teksa e sulmojnë atë, për të bërë që shqiptarët instinktivisht të simpatizojnë edhe më kryeprokuroren. Për t’i rënë shkurt, zoti Berisha dhe njerëzit afër tij që po rrezikohen nga hetimet e Gërdecit, Fazlliçit apo çështjeve të tjera, janë në një situatë shumë të vështirë e gati të pamundur kundrejt Kryeprokurores e institucionit që ajo drejton. Natyrisht, kur i preken interesat personale apo kur ndihet i rrezikuar, zoti Berisha ka dhënë prova të mjaftueshme, se s’ka shumë skrupuj e bëhet i paparashikueshëm. Pra nuk dihet se sa larg do të arrijë të shkojë ai tani që hetimet mund t’i rrezikojnë jo vetëm pushtetin, por dhe më shumë se aq. Por sidoqoftë, një gjë është tashmë e qartë: Prokuroria dhe zonja Ina Rama kanë përpara një sfidë të dyfishtë. Atyre iu duhet të përballen me rezistencën e egër e agresive të maxhorancës, por ç’është më e rëndësishmja, zonja Rama dhe institucioni që ajo drejton kanë shansin dhe detyrimin të rikthejnë besimin dhe respektin e shqiptarëve tek sistemi i drejtësisë, duke mos u dorëzuar përpara presioneve politike.

Berisha dhe beteja e radhes.(mendime) Duke lexuar titullin e shkrimit te vjen ndermend pyetja se ceshte ky njeri i cili ndodhet ne beteja te vazhdueshme.Ky eshte drejtuesi i SHqiperise.Te shohim historikisht drejtuesit e SHqiperise ne nje shekull(Qemali,Zogu,Hoxha) dhe qellimet e ketyre.Qemali I dha pavartesine , Zogu i dha mbreterine(erdhi ne fuqi duke fale toka shqiptare Jugosllavise), Hoxha diktaturen komuniste.Pra sipas kulures politike qe paten vepruan dhe praktikisht.Po Berisha cfare kuture politike ka? Perputhet kulura e tij politike me drejtuesit e shteteve eurpiane ku shqiptaret shpresojne te shkojne? Per te dhene pergjigjen e pyetjeve duhet te shohim veprimet e Berishes.Nje bajraktar i pasherueshem ne te gjithe veprimtarine e tij.

Berisha se kush eshte tashme e dine shqiptare e te huaj .Ai eshte nji nga shembujt me te flliqur te te ashtuquajturit poitikan ose patriot .
Megjithate nji specie e tille nuk lind e rritet nga hici, specia e tipit berisha u zhvillua atje ku gjeti kushte te pershtatshme per tu zhvilluar ,mes nji hapsire injorantesh ,qe fatkeqsisht eshte e njohur nga Europa si “Toka me pjellore ” ku u mboll fara me injorante e hordhive antishqiptare .
Kjo specie e kultivuar ne Shqiperi nuk eshte nji zbulim sensacional ,sepse Shqiperia ka gati 500-vjet qe perfaqsohet pikerishte nga kjo specie “Interesante” qe paraqitet dhesi specia me patriote e vendit bile bie duke mbajtur dhe flamurin e “patriotizmit” .
Eshte fare e lehte te kuptoshe se cfare i ka sjell ketij kombi kjo specie patriotike , do te mjaftonte thjesht bilanci historik i kesaj fare .
Pra sot i kemi te pranishem dhe c’eshte me interesant-ja me shumic , te cilet na shfaqen dhe si “akademik” si “elitar” shih hipokritin Neritan Ceka , e Meta etj, se cfar njerez te paekujlibruar jane ,njerez pa asnji lloj Morali civil e Shqiptare .Kta pra kan qen edhe ne shekuj “elita shqiptare” .
Pra qe te shfaqesh si “patriot” apo te quash veten Shqiptare dhe se i do te miren ketij Kombi , nuk mjafton te jesh pjell rame, hyseni ,apo sahani , as edhe spaleta-t qe mban ne kostum ,por dicka me shume e cila (ndoshta nuk varet nga kjo lloj specie) qe ka te beje me dinjitetin njerezor !
Nji specie e tille si berisha me shoke po tregojne vetem instikte e aspak arsye , si i tille ai si gjithmon Kerkon qe te ashtuquajturin suxses ta imponoje me dhune .
Betja e vetme e berishes nuk mendoj se ka te bej ne t’vertet me pushtetin, ne nji % me te madhe ajo ka te beje me sigurine personale te familjes se tij per te ardhmen , sepse betejen per pushtet ai tashme e ka humbur me kohe .
PS-ja dhe aleatet e saj jane qysh tani fitues te padiskutushem ,.
Vetem ..mendimi se berisha mund te qendroje ne pushtet eshte thjesht nji “humor i zi ” .
