Qeveri për t‘i hequr vizën (Genci Kojdheli)
Evropianët anembanë kontinentit të vjetër u “ndjenë amerikanë” pas sulmeve të Al Qaeda-s mbi Kullat Binjake, dhe ky solidarizim u rrit edhe më pas atentateve në Spanjë, Gjermani, Angli e Francë. Të prekur në një prej të drejtave të tyre themelore, qytetarët e unionit nxituan të shtrëngonin radhët kundër kërcënimit të terrorizmit. Kam kohë që lutem e shpresoj që një ditë fati të bëjë që qytetarëve evropianë t‘iu limitohet një tjetër e drejtë që ata e konsiderojnë të shenjtë e të mirëqenë; ajo e lëvizjes së lirë. Shpresoj me gjithë shpirt, sepse veç kështu mendoj se një evropian, të paktën një herë në jetë, do të ndihet shqiptar, maqedonas apo serb! Vetëm kështu një qytetar i unionit të bazuar mbi parime e vlera të vjetra sa bota do ta kuptonte se sa poshtërues e dehumanizues është segregacioni që evropianët i bëjnë quasi-evropianëve përmes murit Schengen, radhëve përbuzëse nëpër ambasada, kërkesave idiote e sjelljeve harbute të administratave konsullore, dhe gjithë politikave diskriminuesve që BE-ja ndjek për lëvizjen e lirë. Por nuk do zgjatem në retorikë përsëritëse mbi ngurtësinë e regjimit të vizave apo harbutërinë e konsullatave dhe ambasadave; këto tema janë tanimë gjerësisht të trajtuara.
Në janar 2008, qeveria shqiptare krenarisht na shkundi përpara syve të porsafirmosurën Marrëveshje të Lehtësimit të Vizave mes BE-së dhe Shqipërisë e disa vendeve të tjera të rajonit. Pasi e lexuam dhe filluam ta përtypnim (ndërsa Kryeministri e qeveria s‘linte rast pa e valëvitur), shumë morën frymë të lehtësuar, duke shpresuar se më në fund shqiptarët do paraqisnin më pak dokumente, do merrnin më shumë viza, me më pak para, e brenda një kohe më të shkurtër. Disa të tjerë (skeptikë e realistë) tundën kokën në mosbesim, duke thënë se marrëveshja do ngelej një listë dëshirash e bukurshkruar. Sot, pas 1 viti, skeptikët dhe realistët mund të thonë me plot gojën se kishin të drejtë! Marrëveshja e firmosur mes BE-së dhe Shqipërisë, Bosnjës, Malit të Zi, Maqedonisë dhe Serbisë, sipas një studimi monitorues të ndërmarrë nga organizata European Citizen Action Service, ka dështuar thuajse tërësisht, dhe pavarësisht detyrimeve automatike që lindin prej nënshkrimit, shumë vende anëtare e kanë injoruar haptazi apo fshehtazi. Mes shqiptarëve të cilëve viza u është refuzuar gjatë vitit 2008 qëndrojnë profesor Ylli Popa (të cilin konsullata italiane e pyeti ‘nëse do të flinte poshtë urës?‘), futbollistë të kombëtares, apo edhe personel nga Ministria e Brendshme apo ajo e Punëve të Jashtme (kjo e fundit është vërtet e trishtueshme). Edhe brenda dështimit të marrëveshjes, Shqipëria është ajo që ka vuajtur më tepër, pasi statistikisht aplikantët shqiptarë kanë marrë më pak viza se qytetarët e vendeve të tjera.
Si anti-Shengenist i thekur e radikal, nuk denjoj të arsyetoj se përse kjo marrëveshje (që ishte gjithsesi tepër e njëanshme për t‘u quajtur e tillë) dështoi nga ana e vendeve të BE-së. Ndërkaq, qeveria kurrizdalë prej përkuljeve servile, nuk guxon ta përmendë marrëveshjen apo t‘i kërkojë Brukselit të marrë përsipër përgjegjësitë që burojnë prej saj. Po kjo qeveri vazhdon të na premtojë një liberalizim hipotetik të vizave brenda vitit 2009, a thua se kjo varet nga dëshirat e Kryeministrit apo buzëqeshjet e ministrit të Jashtëm. Është tërësisht dekurajuese të shohësh përfaqësuesit e vendit tonë, të kompleksuar e pa shtyllë kurrizore, teksa lajkatojnë BE-në, dhe nuk kanë as aftësinë më të vogël imponuese apo negociuese, grimcën më të vogël të përgjegjshmërisë patriotike dhe kapacitetin politik për të mbrojtur të drejtat e shtetasve që përfaqësojnë, sidomos për një çështje kaq sensitive si lëvizja e lirë. Në vend që të shqetësohej për situatën në rripin e Gazës (deklarata e Shqipërisë do thënë që u dëgjua anembanë botës!?!), ministri ynë i Jashtëm duhet të kishte reaguar zyrtarisht e ashpër lidhur me mosrespektimin e marrëveshjes, ashtu siç BE-ja nuk ngurron të na tërheqë veshët sa herë që nuk përmbushim standardet mbi të cilat kemi rënë dakord. Politikanët e diplomatët shqiptarë duhet të kuptojnë se procesi i integrimit s‘është aspak një thes mëshire prej të cilit ne e të tjerë si ne mund të marrin një grusht zahire sa herë që i teket Brukselit, por një mori marrëveshjesh, kontratash e konventash, ku secila palë ka detyrime dhe të drejta. Nëse Shqipëria ka mbi 10 vjet që bën përparime në menaxhimin e kufijve tokësorë e detarë, dhe në luftën ndaj krimit të organizuar e trafikimit, ashtu siç autoritetet evropiane kanë udhëzuar e kërkuar, është më se normale që në shkëmbim qytetarët shqiptarë të përfitojnë më tepër viza dhe një trajtim më dinjitoz nga administratat konsullore të BE-së. Evropa nuk do të na marrë kurrë seriozisht dhe sigurisht nuk do të na ofrojë ndonjë gjë vullnetarisht, sa kohë që politikanët tanë të kompleksuar nuk janë të aftë as të mbrojnë kauza për të cilat kanë nënshkruar marrëveshje, dhe një ministër i Jashtëm që akuzohet për vjedhje e abuzime qindramilioneuroshe vështirë se mund t‘i largojë komplekset e inferioritetit!

Me vjen shume keq per gjendjen ne te cilen gjended Shqiperia! Kur Zoti e ndau token dhe shtetet ne na bekoi por politika e sotme na ka mallkuar. Lehtesimi i vizave eshte vetem nje pike shume e vogel e probleme shume me te medhaja qe jane ne Shqiperi. Psh, ligji qe u be per ndalimin e duhanit ne ambjete e mbylluara. Qeveria Shqiptare krijoi nje ligj sa per ti thene Eurpoes qe ne po mundohemi ta zgjidhim kete problem, moren fondet qe ishin dedikuar per te zgjidhur kete problem dhe ne fund nuk ben asgje. Veten sa shkruan nje ligj. Apo me keq akoma ka ndodhur ditet e fundit ku politikanet tane nxerrin ligje “Per pastrim figure” qe jan komplet jo demokratike. Por jane menyra per te larguar gjyqetaret qe po i prishin pune kryministrit. Pushtetaret tane nuk kan per qellim per te bere nje ndyshim per njerezit dhe Shqiprine por per te perfituar milionat nga pozitat e tyre. Bashkimi Europian, Italia dhe Greqia nuk kan asnje faj per menyres qe na trajtone ne lidhjet diplomatike. Lehtesimi i vizave nuk ka per te ndodhur deri kur ne te kemi nje qeveri transparente qe funksion ne baze te ligjeve dhe rendit. Derisa ne te kemi mafjen si drejtues te shtetit dyert e Shqiptarve do jene te mbyllyra dhe ne do vazhdojme te jemi nje nga vendet me te varfera ne Europe. Me vjen keq per nejrzit e thjesht qe nuk kane asnje rrugzgjidje nga mjerimi ku ndodhen.

Eshte interesant qe problemi i vizava per shqiptaret po trajtohet sikur udhetimi lirshem ne europe do te jet shpetimi i shqiptarve.
Te udhetosh neper europe duhet te kesh para dhe mendoj se dhe diten qe shqiptaret do te udhetojn lirshem,asgje s’ka per te ndodhur.Udhetimi i shqiptarve lirshem neper europe eshte shume i vonuar dhe pa interes.Kryesorja per mendimin tim eshte qe europianet te vin lirshem dhe te sigurt ne shqiperi.Ardhja e tyre dhe ivenstimi nga ana e tyre eshte ajo qe do coje para shqiprin.
Ardhja e tyre do te krijoj kushte per vende pune dhe te tjera.
Kryesorja per cdo qeveri eshte qe te krijoj siguri dhe te jap vizionin e nje vendi qe eshte i sigurt dhe ka deshire te zhvillohet.
Kurse ne shqiptaret duhet te punojm sa me shume .Cdo gje tjeter eshte derivat i pues tone.
Debatet qe ben politika ne thelb jane kot ,politika vashdon te luaj me deshiren e 18 vjeteve me pare te shqiptarve ate te levizjes lirshem neper europe.Tani politika duhet te jet ndryshe
Parti e sukseshme do te jet ajo parti qe nuk e mbeshtet fitoren e saj tek tregemi i dobesive te partis ne pushtet ose akoma me keq duke i ndare partit ne kombetare dhe antikombetare.Loja me e keqe e politikes eshte kjo dhe krijimi artificial i luftes se brezava.Cdo veprim i till nuk eshte demokratik.Parti fituse do te jet ajo parti qe do siguroj nje shqipri te sigurt ,puntore dhe terheqse per europianet dhe mbar boten.

Shkruan nje Shqipe te bukur shume. Komplimentet e mia!
Sa per vizat…ta veme veten ne vendin e EU. EU eshte e tmerruar nga frika e vershimit te emigranteve nga AL, Macedonia, apo Serbia. Te mos e injorojme te verteten e hidhur apo jo hidhur ,varet ne cilen ane te gardhit je, qe shumica e Shqiptarve kerkojne te shkojne ne EU per te jetuar atje dhe per te mos u kthyer me. Ky fakt eshte kokeforte dhe nuk mund te injorohet lehtesisht! EU eshte e mbutur me emigrante, shumica te varfer, qe jane peshe mbi kurrizin e cdo EU taksapaguesi. EU ka kufij per te mbrojtur dhe nje sistem ekonomic e social per te ruajtur.
Shqiptaret duhet ta shohin EU brenda Shqiperise. Ne fakt, ne do futemi ne EU kur EU te futet ne Shqiperi. Kjo eshte nje e vertete qe nuk duam ta pranojme se kemi kaq vite—tranzicion qe nuk mbaron kurre-qe po deshtojme. Jemi te lodhur dhe duam zgjidhje te shpejta. Pastaj na mungon besimi qe EU mund ta krijojme brenda ne AL. Te besosh kete duhet te kesh optimizem…gje qe ne na mungon!

Kalon nji dite basha me birishen afer kopshit zoologjik ( duke pare tokat anes liqenit ) kur per cudi shperthen ne exsitim grupi i majmunve te Zoo-s tu lshu pastirma e u hedh , si majmunt mo !
Shoqeruset e berishes e bashesh i afrohen kafazit e i kerkojne majmunve te pushojne , nderkoh nderhyn Roja i kopshtit Zoologjik duke then : Cer ki mer jahu ene kto t’shkret kan Idhujt e tyne . Po ja kthejn Shoqrusat ,por heres tjeter duhet mi msu majmunt me i qit Dy gishtat lart si komandanti .

Do te ishte jashte cdo llogjike te qenies Humane ,qe shqiptaret ,nji komb i tere te sakrifikohet ,injorohet per nji pjese te nji grupimi taliban ne pushtet.
Talibanet e sali bilishit duhen te largohen jo vetem nga pushteti por edhe nga vet Shqiperia si shkaku kryesor i kthimit te Shqiperise ne nji shtet mesjetar te tipit anadollak .
Bilanci historik i klanit birisha ne pushtet i cili mban jashte cdo te drejte targen e PD-s (sepse nuk mund te jene kurre te tille) eshte me shume se katastrofal per Shqiperine .
Koncepti i ketij Klani ne Pushtet mbi qeverrisjen dhe drejtimin e shtetit , mbi pergjegjesine dhe maredhenjet me institucionet -ligjin e kushtetuten , me ate qe ne e quajme edhe suxses e gjithcka qe ka te beje me nji shoqeri te shekullit 21 , per fat te keq (per kete Klan qeverritar) eshte komplet i ndryshem nga pjesa tjeter e Botes qe na rrethon .
Pra do te ishte e papranushme sot qe ky popull Shqiptare te tregohet kaq tolerant kundrejt kesaj injorance te pashembullt .
Eshte skandaloze pafytyresia e kesaj rrace pushtetaresh ,te cilet pas cdo skandali , me pafytyresine e pashpjegushme rendin te justifikohen (haha..) por ajo qe eshte me ironikja eshte se pas cdo skandali pushtat perfytyrojne ..”suxsesin e qeverris” tyre duke e argumentuar ashtu si dine vet injoranca .
Skandalet jane te pafundme per kto pushta , imagjino kur dalin si sharlatane pa piken e llogjikes bashkohore kur thone se :”Shqipria nuk ka Krize” !
Natyrishte qe sipas tyre Shqiperia nuk mund te jete ne Krize ..sepse ne Krize kane rene vetem Vendet ku jetojne njerez ,ku ndihet renia e nivelit te jeteses .
Shqiperia eshte i vetmi vend i Europes i cili ka 18-vjet qe populli ushqehet me lista buke , shteti nuk funxionon ne asnji aspekt , njelloj si ne Afganistan ..pra c’ eshte Kriza per Shqiptaret (???????)(!) (term i panjohur)
Se fundi pa e zgjat do thosha se, ktyre kllounve te njerezimit u shkon cdo loj krahasimi dhe epiteti , kto jan thjesht rrac talebansh , ashtu si Talebant kur erdhen ne pushtet filluan shkaterruar trashgimite historike te kultures njerezore (te mbrojtura nga Unesko si psh ..hedhja ne ere e monumentit mijravjecar te statujes Buda-s)
rasti me i fresket ne Shqiperi Talibani berisha urdheron shkatrrimin e Akademise Marubi ,i cili ka krijuar tashme 18 vjet nji form Dhune te Strukturuar ku per cudi e gjitha po kalon per turp ne heshtje .
Vet kreu klanit eshte nji inspirues i terrorit .Ky mbetet 1 nder kombinacionet njerezore me te rrezikeshme qe eshte pasioni /zelli i injorances ose budallait -inteligjent te karakterit prej snobi pushtetar !

Pershendetje!
Une qe po ju shkruaj kam mbetur me shpresen e vetme tek ju sepse skam gjetur zgjidhje per problemin tim.
Kam dale ne pension ne 1.06.2007 sot qe po ju shkruaj eshte dt.2.03.2009 dhe une nuk kam marr asnje qindarke te pensionit tim.
Arsyeja eshte se ne dipllomen time atesia eshte shkruar gabim dhe per kete jam ne proçese gjyqesore per mese dy vjet.
Kam fituar gjyqin e shkalles se pare ne Elbasan mirpo Drejtoria e sigurimeve te elbasanit mori urdher qe dosja ime te kalonte ne gjykaten e apelit Shkozet Durres.
NE 10.06.2008 dosja eshte regjistruar ne kete institucion dhe nuk eshte marre ne shqyrtim sepse gjenden me qindra pensionist si une qe presain per mese 3 vjet dhe vetem sa behen ece jaket e permuajshme.Dosja ime mban nr.614 dhe sot akoma nuk kane mbaruar dosjet e 2007.Ajo qe eshte me shqetesuese eshte se po te mbushet afati per 3 vjet dhe po te kaloj qofte edhe nje dite e vetme nga ky afat qeveria te mban nje vit te shumes se pensionit qe te takon.
Sa duhet te presim qe te mos e marrim kurr kete pension dhe sa na duhet te durojme talljet e perditshme te injoranteve sepse sikur nje dosje ne dit te shqyrtohet une dhe te tjere si une do te kishim perfituar me kohe pensionin.Pse Dosjet e pensionisteve nuk shqyrtohen apo sepse pensioni qe ka dhene qeveria nuk i kenaq pergjegjesit e dosjeve tona.
Ju lutemi kemi mbetur vetem me shpresen tek ju qe t’ia dalim se keshto sdo marrim kurre ate qe na takoi per perkushtimin tone per me shume se 35 vjet.
Keto qe kam deklaruar jane mese te verteta dhe mund ti verifikoni.ky eshte nje material i mire per t’ia thyer hovin injorances se pushtetareve medioker dhe burokracise se drejtesise se korruptuar.

Ne nji kohe kur populli Shqiptar perballet me veshtirsite e cdo natyre , per te mbijetuar , kur nga dita ne dite skandalet nxitojne duke i pasuar stafeten njeri tjetrit ne nji gare te pafund e ku sikur mos te mjaftonin shumllojshmeria e arti i ktyre skandaleve ,na del dhe Illi i berishes me s-pango !
Shperthen parlamenti mbi skandalin e Illit te berishes Min.Kultures , por cndodh aty si reagohet :
Shofim qe deputetet e PD-se fillojn te shfryjne si qen rrugesh ,duke e drejtuar sulmin nga opozita ,ne nji menyre qesharake diskutantesh qe me Parlamentarizmin nuk kane asgje te perbashket (grup rrugaces ordiner ).
Pra kur mbare Opinioni Shqiptare pret nga Parlamenti ,parlamentaret qe te reagojne ne menyre te drejte qytetare ,kundrejt atij akti te ndyre te Min.Kultures Pango ..Deputetet e sali berishes , fillojne te marrin e vene ne Objekt studimi e diskutimi …k.o.q.e.t e kryetarit te Opozites (me falni vulgaritetin ne shprehjen) pra te diskutojne nji foto te ktij te fundit ,gje qe nuk ka te bej as me shqtesimin e debatit alla Pango , por as me gjuhen e pjekurine e parlamentarve sot kudo ne bote.
Ne nji kohe pra kur shqetesimet e Krizes se gjithaneshme te jetes se Shqiptareve kerkojn qe kto parlamentare ti perkushtohen detyres se tyre qe kan si parlamentare e deputet , gjith Maxhoranca ne pushtet ,bashkuar me ta edhe Ilir .M merren me bolet e Edi Rames !
Pra, kur vet Rama qesh nen buz me kto debil e thot : Eh mer rrumpall ,vertet po me zgjon kuriozitetin te dij ,se c’ke brenda asaj koke ?!
Un bej pyetjen po Meta c’ka ne koke “xhaxhi ” Rama a mund ta dij ?!
Ajo qe me 2005-en leshoj Meta u duk si nji fend (pa ze),ja arriti sot te tingelloj vava..vumba..(tip gringo) , shifni lart mbi drrasen e tij patjeter do ket len ndonji gjurm (° ‘).
Por le ti kthehemi te ashtuquajturit Parlament e parlamentare e deputete .
Ajo qe mund te konstatojme sot ne Shqiperi nuk mund te behet fjale me per te tille ..por per rrugecer qe flasin ne interes te grupimeve te tyre ,aspak interesave te popullit Shqiptare e ktij vendi ,qe po e drejtojne qellimisht kete vend drejt nji kursi konfrontimi , duke i ofruar shqiptarve si zgjidhje te krizes ku esht futur ky vend Dhunen ,te cilen e inspiron vet kryebanditi ktij vendi sali Bimbashi .
Nji nga zgjidhjet qe ky popull me 28 Qershor do ti duhet te bej ,eshte ajo ndermjet mentalitetit te dhunes - terrorit - dekdences kundrejt > njerezve te shkolluar -qytetarve -normalitetit dhe zhvillimit normal te jetes ne ket vend .

Me ne fund personalisht kam arritur ne perfundimin(ashtu me vonese ) se birisha -gorrillat e tij na jan bere ne Internet si ato Kamerat e Big Brother-it e c’eshte me interesantja ne kte “storie” eshte ,se syla i kushton nji rendesi te vecante komenteve Virtuale dhe opinioneve nga mbare Shqiptaret ,duke e personalizuar e intesifikuar “luften” kunder tyre !
Madje ne disa dalje ne Tv na leshon edhe ato te ashtuquajtura batuta te tij komike qe stafit te tij dhe vet atij i kushtopjne aq shume mundim te tilla formulime qesharake . Kjo do te thote se terroristi kercenon direkt duke ju drejtuar natyrisht dikujtit -X- por axsidentalisht duke ngaterruar (si i thone aty ne Shqiperi ) keun me byrekun ,helbete staf byrekxhijsh , kamerat e stafit te tij sigurisht jane i nji kualiteti te dobet (ordiner) .
Por c’eshte me interesantja eshte se syla ka filluar te lexoj edhe poezi , dhe per cudi i pelqekan moooreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee !
Ajo qe nuk arrita te kuptoj eshte se nqs syla vertet i peqen poezite e mia ather perse me perjashtoj nga te gjith Forumet ?! Xhest talibanesk .

Nuk e mendoja kurr por mesa duket ka lindur nji miqesi ,te tilla miqesi jan mese normale ne boten Virtuale edhe pse terroristeve nuk mund tu zihet bes ne asnji moment (rreguli Nr- 1) ne Terren .
Nejse ajo qe un do ti rekomandoja personalisht Syles si mik Virtual qe tashme ndihemi ,natyrisht duke pare zhvillimet e fundit me daljen e lefsit - Bagdoni eshte , te bej menjehere dorheqje sepse nji kurs konfrontimi te ciles ai po i drejtohet si me 97-en do jete nji vetvrasje per Shqiperine dhe per vet ate .
Syla duhet te kuptoj se Exsperimentimi me Hormonin e Majmunit (shif Gertin ) ishte nji Dizastro e vertete per njerezimin ,pra popullin Shqiptar desha me then .
Kur e shof ket (gertin bogdanin) qe del ne Tv- aq te shperfytyruar ,jasht cdo perfytyrimi te qenies njeri (per te cilin me vjen shum koq) , cilado te ishte ..justifikimi Syles un nuk do pranoja edhe sikur te me thoshte se me (gertin e papit) “Me ka shpetuar dora apo ka marre overdosis” !
Pra po e mbyll me kaq duke uruar qe syla te mos ket marre Miningitis ne Tru ,nga Gripi sPango i cili eshte mjaft i rezikshem, duke pare simptomat e dhena ,ne daljen e djeshme ne Tv tregojn qarte ndikimin e Virusit te rrezikshem .
Vazhdoj ti filmoj batutat e syles ne cdo dalje ne Tv ,sidhe shume komente ne Internet sepse e kam nji hoby tashme ket pune .

Fyerjet ne nji shoqeri te civiluzuar jane te papranushme edhe pse , jan nji shprehje e vetironise qe karakterizon tipa te tille si ky “besi” (!) , i cili tregon qarte se vjen nga nji “civilizacion tjeter” (i hershem) ,porse na zgjojne ne nji far menyre edhe sensin e humorit ,qe patjeter eshte aq i domosdoshem ne shoqerine tone .
Dihet qe tipa te tille jetuar ne ate stil e tradite te Hershme te njerezimit , mes malesh e pyjesh , ku ne cdo ore te dites pershendetesh /salutohesh me Ariun ,Ujkun ,Dhite e Derrat e Eger , e ne te njejten kohe ndan me ta edhe ushqimin e vet veshtiresite qe te rezervon kjo shoqeri/komunitet ,padyshim qe ndikon ndjeshem ne Formimin e te ashtuquajturit Karakter te ktyre Tipa-ve ,por fatkeqsisht ..jo Civilizimin e tyre !
Duke i qendruar besnik kesaj “Krenarie” edhe kur zbriten ne Qytete ,e cila nuk mund te mendohet se ka te bej me formulimin (Testamenti Majmun ),
pretendimet rracore kundrejt Njerezve ne Qytete ,do te ishte nji fenomen interesant ,i cili mund te kerkonte edhe nji studim te vecante mbi kte rrace.
Sidoqofte kjo tufe “interesante ” qe u dynd ne Qytete kto 18-vjet (natyrisht me te Drejte) nuk mund te kalonte pa lene gjurm ne Shoqerine Shqiptare , (jo vetem se na u shaqen me po te njejtin Grup-Truri si Andertaler ) porse ashtu tamam si ajo pordh ,qe ja arrin qellimit te saj , duke u rrotulluar brenda pantalloneve te Qytetarit te ler ,njoll/damk nga pas , cfar rrace ?!
(Nuk mund te kuptoj se:C’donte te arrinte Natyra me kto ???)
Persa i perket G-99 mendoj se eshte shfaqur ne kohen e duhur per Shqiperine ,eshte ai Gjeneracion i Ri ne segmentin Politik i cili ofron Alternativa Inteligjente te cilat shprehin pretendimet e vet popullit Shqiptar .Si i tille mendoj te ket nji perkrahe masive nga Shqiptaret e vecanerisht per te Rinjte Shqiptare ,te cilet duhet te shohin nepermjet kesaj force te re Politike vetperfaqsimin dhe te ardhmen Europiane ,duke mos e kerkuar kte te ardhme ne te Shkuaren .

çuni Maklen na befasove me shkrimin tend, ndonese nuk the asgje prape sherben per ta futur ne CV tende. Ju 99-sha veç te nje gje ju rri mendja veç te vizat. Jeni nje tufe kalamajsh qe qaheni se nuk keni pare boten apo se nuk shitni nje çike pordhe se keni dale jashte shtetit. O njerez te mjere kur luftoni per pushtet luftoni sipas rregullave politike. Per mendimin tim nje politikan i mire eshte ai qe nuk shfrytezon pakenaqesite e popullates se te tilla ka dhe do kete kudo, por qe perfaqeson nje lob politik te caktuar dhe rregullon ne rradhe te pare mireqenien e ketij lobi. Ju nuk me duket se keni ndonje alternative zhvillimi pervec vizave dhe pordhes neper pubet duke ju puthur bythen stafeve nderkombetare per ndonje vend pune. Nuk kane dale akoma njerez te perkushtuar dhe idealiste akoma aq me pak ne kete lloj shoqerie te sotme. Ju kam pare kur beheshit evangjeliste si ERIONI juaj ne nje kohe qe as qe e dinit dhe as besonit ne te. Ju kam pare kur ju qepeshit te huajve si muti pas kepuce per te mesuar gjuhen dhe per ndonje perfitim te vockel dhe ja keni arritur kesaj mire. Mos harroni se ato masteret e marra jashte shtetit jane pacavure per te fshire bythen dhe nje master i tille nuk vlen as sa nje 1 vit gjimnaz i kohes se ENVERIT. prandaj kur shkruani kini parasysh se lexoheni dhe nga ata qe dine se sa ju vlen lekura. E marr me mend se po shtremberoni buzet se askujt nuk i pelqen te shahet aq me teper kur hyn dhe interesi i karrieres por do me kuptoni kur te vini ne moshen dhe bagazhin e duhur per politike.

He se harrova me kryesoren: nuk eshte problemi i vizave o tyç por tek ekonomia dhe kur ata qe e dinin sesi ecte ajo dhe ndertuan nje ekonomi per 50-vjet ja u lane ne duar te tjereve qe nuk po e prishin dot per 18-vjet pa le ta rregullojne, si mundet ju piçiruket e pubeve dhe masterave te leshit do e beni kete? Pasi e degradoj qellimisht problemin e kartave ne minutat e fundit ( sepse kjo eshte metoda e tij e njohur tashme , corba alla turka)
del tamon si nastradin e ben show ne Tv -gjasme mbledhje te qverris tij, duke menduar te largoj “dyshimin ne popull” se nuk eshte berisha ai qe vepron qellimisht ashtu me Kartat , poor..faji qendron diku tjeter ! ..Ke Firma qe prodhon kto karta ,dhe ne ate show Tv qe i njet me shume nji Kasperl Teater , gjasme kritikon Firmen !!!!
Por te tilla loja qesharake ,te cilat nuk i ngjajne aspak Shteteve e qeverrive ku ne pretendojme te shkojme e as atyre qe na rrethojne . Shume shqiptare e kan te qarte se Instrumentat qe prodhoojne kto Karta e para jane Kompjuteri - aparati fimik i gjurmeve - Stampimi etj aparate te thjesh plotesues , .
Qe do te thote : e para Firma qe gjasme merret me kto Karta eshte thjesht nji improvizim i berishes (nji shkak me shume per te genjyer ),per arsye sepse per aplikimin e prodhimin e Kartave te tilla do tmjaftonte nji Instruksion disa Min. per te mesuar sesi funxionon “makineria e kartave” .
Tjeter qesharake dhe kllouneri qeverritare eshte kjo qe ajo trumpeton mbi vonesat e “Firmen e Kartave” se ,dihet tashme qarte ne nji lidhje kontrate te shtetit me nji Firme cfardo , firma plus kostos dhe elementeve qe permban kjo kontrate psh, ka te qarte edhe anen penalizuse nqs ,ajo nuk i pergjigjet Kontrates me shtetin X (kte e dine mire te gjithe tashme )!
Pra “Firma ” mer persiper dhe zbaton kte kontrate per nji afat sigurisht te kufizuar ,dhe ceshte me skandaloze ( nga zhurmuset berishjan )eshte se nji karte e tille prodhohet brenda nji procesi …brenda jo me shume se 5-minuta ( e sigurt ).
Prandaj cdo variant i Alibiut qeverritar eshte thjesht nji bla bla bla prej ordineri e papranushme dhe deshperuse ,per vet Imazhin qesharak qe qeverria shqiptare tregon para te Huajve ,te cilet ,e dine dhe kuptojne fare mire se si funxionon nji proces i tille kartash e ,se berisha qellimisht e degradoj kte proces duke injoruar Shqiperine .

Kjo qeverri ka marre fund plotesisht ,si ne Fasade edhe ne permbajtje .
demagogu i PD-se eshte perfaqsusi me i denje i karikatures ,qenies politikan apo pushtetar .
Kjo kuptohet fare mire jo vetem nga menyra e qeverrisjes por dhe paturpesia e daljes ne fushata ,e duke trumpetuar po te njejten filozofi mashtrimi si 4-vjet me pare .
Makineria e karokatures qeverritare berishjane , e ndodhur nen ethet e ikjes nga pushteti me 28 Qershor , nxiton te gjeje e artikuloje premtime ,te cilat te tingellojne te Besueshme ne veshin e popllit , nderkoh qe vet kta berishjane jane per kte popull Aspak te Besushem por gjithcka ndryshe qe ka te bej me Beushmerine .
Krejt e kunderta eshte Aleanca per ndryshim e kryesuar nga PS-ja G-99 etj , te cilet kan Alterrnativa te qarta e jo premtime boshe ,(si instrumenta elektorale ) ,

pra etj aetj si keto ,pyetje te cilat jane thellesisht te gabuara ,qysh ne pikenisje sepse , do t’ishte e natyreshme qe populli e kta analiste te njifen me programin e cdo Partie ( kjo eshte normale) por jo ti kerkojne nepermjet pyetjeve te tjera ,(qartesisht tendecioze,jo Fair per nji debat Tv-iv) si ato me larte , perse do te besojme ne (populli ty ?!) .te tilla pyetje nuk kan sens llogjik sepse fare thjesht e para , behet bilanci i pjesmarrjes ne politike te ktij personi , veprimtaria e tij , angazhuar ne politike, pra po ashtu sidhe pyetjet ose debatet boshe , se zonja X kandidate psh e PS-se nuk na tha gje ne opinion , cdo beje ajo ?!
ne nji kohe kur ajo zonje e nderuzar ne nji nga UNI Elite me te miret ne USA , vec titullit te saj ne Diplome ka dhe nji experienc pune te suxsesheme si menagere ne nji nga Firmat me ne ze sot si Microsoft , qe do ta kishin per nder cdo firme europiane ta kishin ne Ekip .
Mentaliteti i ktyre analisteve ,gjasme Skepik pra , zhvleresohet ne ate se kta Analiste e Gazetare ne Tv etj , jan pompuar ne koken e tyre gjate gjithe Jetes ,vetem me Premtime te “bukura”( me ajer brenda ),
dhe nga cdo dalje e Re ose perfaqsim i Ri ne politiken Shqiptare e shofin po ne te njejtin konteks ,te premtimeve , tamam si manjak ..premtimesh te cilet nuk bejne dot pa nji fytyre e goje Mashtrusi ( vetem ajo figure i bind kta tipa Analistesh “Skeptik”!)
Thjesht pak krefje e “debatit” ne raport me ate mental analistesh dhe pyetjesh qe ata drejtonjne psh :
Kur ata i kerkojne psh.Edi Rames te tregohet i Besushem e ti sqaroje (perse ata duhet ta besojne ate ?)
Te drejtosh nji pytje te tille ,e para tregon se je totalisht i painformuar se ke ke perpara e i drejton pytjen , por njikohesisht nuk “njef” as personin qe sot mban ate karrige ne pushtet , e dyta eshte e papranushme edhe ather kur ,nuk e njef nji person ,nji lider dhe aftesite e tij , ti kerkosh ne menyren me te pakuptimte ne nji tavoline cfar do besh ti me te rinjte dhe ekipin tend te shkolluar ?! - kjo le shume te kuptohet mendoj un ,se cdo te thote ky mentalitet ,tashme eshte e qarte nga te gjithe non sens .
Ose nqs do te vendoseshim per nji cast ne boten e atij mentaliteti analistesh , nqs E.Rama ose nji i Ri kandidat do te tregonte sa me shume genjeshtra ,do fliste pandakuar ,duke formuluar flale e premtime nga me te bukurat ,qe do te perkedhelnin veshet e dhjamur e te ushqyer nga mashtrimet e mashtrusat e tipit 18-vjecar berishjan , keshtu do bindeshin kta Analiste Tv-ish (°!°) … ja pra pse te tilla mentalitete diskutimi ne Tv- e me gjere nga kto tipa analistesh jane te papershtaeshme per kohen dhe shekullin qe jetojme ,me te tille mentaliteti i kontribohet vetem moszhvillimit dhe mjerimit te shqiperise .
Un mendoj perfundimisht se R.Rama & Koalicioni per te Ardhmen , ka nji koncept ndryshe nga ai i berisheshave dhe frymezusve te tij ne pushtet , qe eshte ajo se Stradegjia e E.Rames Aleances per Ndryshim e zhvillim , nuk i bazon Alterrnativat dhe Stradegjite e tij ne Premtime Tranzitore Elektorale ( si ka ber e ben berisha dhe PD-ja e tij ) sa per te kaluar zgjedhjet , por me nji staf , Ekip te qytetar te ndergjegjshem ,me nji perberje si asnjihere ne partite politike Shqiptare ,me njerez te kualifikuar dhe serioze ,duke mos pasur fare si Ideal militantllikun Partiak , por si nji bashkim Forcash progresiste ,qe kane si parim vetem zhvillimin dhe progresin e Shqiperise ,per ta ngritur ate ne nivelet ku vertet i takon ktij vendi Shqiperise , duke e nxjerre njeher e pergjithmon nga ajo Grope Tranzicioni vrastar ne te cilen e ka futur politika e vjeter e ktyre 18-vjeteve.
Trendafili Shqiptare eshte aroma me e kendeshme dhe lulja simbol e lumturise ktij populli , edhe ka disa gjembace te vogla posht tij ,prapseprap Ai eshte i nji nga lulet me te preferuara i mrekullushem.
“Gezimi me i madh ne Jete shpesh here ,shoqerohen gjithmone edhe nga nji cmim dhimbjeje” , deri ne castin kur ne arrijme ti marrim ere ktij Trendafili te roze aroma e Shqiptarve.

Kjo eshte me shume se skandaloze ,vertet ,kjo eshte arsyeja me e qarte perse Bota na injoron ne Shqiptareve e nuk na merr seriozisht ,e nuk na pranon brenda saj , thjesht nga ky njeri sali i cili as ne Afrike nuk do kishte nji shans te tille per te qen i tille .
Megjithate do t’deshiroja shume qe ky imbroglione 24-karatsh s.b ta shifja ne Top-Stori qe populli te shof qarte kontrastin qe ekziston nepermjet Rames njeriut shtet dhe sharlatanit me te madh ne historine e politikes shqiptare sali berisha. Pra sllogani berishes do ishte me mire -Qivuri ne Fushate - gje qe do t’ishte me pran kuptimit te vertet te vet Kolaicionit ne pushtet .
Qivuri ne Fushate ,flet ne Lu, “Shqiperia eshte vendi me i SIGURT ne Europe” (°°) ( nderkoh qe rruges shduken Deshmitare kryesore te nji skandali shteteror si Gerdeci K.3-b , vriten Deputete (F.XH PS) ,ku vrasjet e vetvrasjet etj ,nuk i mungojne jetes Shqiptare qe Qivuri sali i ka mundesuar ketij populli .
Pra mos te flasim pastaj per nji fenomen te vecante qe vrasja e te rrembyerit nga SHIK-U i Qivurit kur ishte prasident i biznesmenit kosovar Remzi Hoxha , vrasja e Hajdarit Demokrat, piramidat , lufta e 97-es qe dogji Shqiperine , pra vrasje e akuza ne drejtim te po atij “shteti” kur ne krye eshte gjithmon sali (europiani) .
Pra per cfare sigurie na cirret kafsha ne fushata ?
Per sigurine qe gjithkush mund te vrase kedo ne Shqiperi e kudo , e krimineli mbetet gjithmon Tregues i manget ? ( ne pistat e policise saliut).
Por me e forta ndodh akoma ne Dr.dhe El. kur gerthet me te tjera “sllogane alla birish” nga Shqiperia ne NATO nepermjet Tunelit patriotik , ke Durresi Europian ,Elbasani Europian , haaa haaaaa , eshte vertet i papare ,se clloj fushate eshte duke na pare syte neve dhe Bota.
Por kur shef dhe ato turma njerezish ,midis te cileve dhe te rinj qe tubohen ne te tilla lajthitje njerezore ,e perkrahin kte mashtrues te pafytyre ,them me vete , eshte e natyreshme dhe e kuptushme qe shqiptaret vazhdojne te Penalizohen nga Europianet per Vizat- te udhtojne lirisht si gjithe popujt e tjere te Ballkanit e tj ne Bote .
E kjo per arsyen e thjeshte ,e para se berishen e njofin fare mire kush ai eshte , vet Europianet ( te cilet kane gjithmon nen kontroll gjithcka qe ndodh ne shoqerine Shqiptare si ajo reagon ) , gje te cilen, shqiptaret as qe e shkojne nder mend ,duke pare ne prezencen ne “dukje indiferente” te te huajve ne Shqiperi ,JO Europianeve nuk i shpeton agje ata mbajne cdo gje nen kontroll ,edhe perse eshte ne mentalitetin e psikologjine e tyre ,te mos shprehen hapur ( perse duhej ta benin kete ne fund te fundit ?!) ashtu si do ti pelqente kafkes boshe .
Pra si i thone aty ,Troc kur nji pjese e konsiderushme e rinise paraqitet si mbeshtetese e berishes athere shqiptaret behen te papranushem per tu lejuar te levizin te Lire ne Europe .
Persa kohe shqiptarit do te ikin ne forme turme histerike jobashkohore drejt deshires Europiane ,(nderkoh qe Europianet hecin si njerez te matur e te kulturuar te ktij planeti) shqiptaret do te privohen nga ajo deshire .
Europa nuk mund te shifet nga minidritaret e kulles se Mesjetes.
