Government lies about education. In 2010 less funds
For the year 2010, the government has envisaged, through the newly-approved budget, in the absence of the opposition in the Assembly, to spend on education only 3.46% of the GDP. This figure is lower than the one of last year, when Albania spent 3.55% of the GDP on education. more

The mission of the opposition is now clear: saving democracy in Albania
We are now not only engaged in a battle simply to save Albania from the hold of Sali Berisha. The opposition does not include now only the political forces aligned against Sali Berisha and Ilir Meta. Today, the opposition is grater and within its ranks are not only the political forces, but also all of those whom wish for Albania to function as a democratic country, worthy of being a NATO member and a possibly part of the European Union. The mission of the opposition is now clear: saving democracy in Albania. Under this perspective, the opposition should be more radical. more
